Kellie Bubeck is an accomplished advocate and trusted legal advisor, providing counsel to a diverse range of innovative business clients across the U.S. and internationally. For nearly 15 years, she has dedicated her practice to guiding clients through the complexities of telemarketing law, TCPA compliance and defense, as well as data privacy and artificial intelligence law (AI).

Before founding Bubeck Law, Kellie was a partner at a prominent boutique law firm, where she advised global retailers, tech startups, political organizations, insurance companies, and small businesses on telemarketing and data privacy matters.

Recognizing the increasing importance of privacy law, Kellie started and led her previous firm’s data privacy practice. She earned the Certified Information Privacy Professional, United States (CIPP/US) designation in 2021.

Kellie has successfully defended over 75 nationwide TCPA class actions and hundreds of individual cases, leveraging her knowledge in telemarketing law and creative legal strategies to secure early, confidential resolutions. She represents clients before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and state regulators in telemarketing and privacy enforcement matters.

Notably, Kellie drafted and led strategy for the lawsuit that would become the landmark 2020 Supreme Court case Barr v. American Association of Political Consultants, 140 S. Ct. 2335 (2020), appearing on brief in the First Amendment challenge to the TCPA.
