Meet Allison Haggerty, the Newest Member of Bubeck Law

We're excited to introduce the newest member of the Bubeck Law team, Allison Haggerty! Allison joins us as an associate attorney, where she'll focus on TCPA litigation defense, telemarketing compliance, and data privacy.

Allison brings a strong foundation in legal writing, research, and advocacy. At the University of Kansas School of Law, she earned a full-tuition Jayhawk Scholarship, served as Articles Editor of the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy, and received the Payne & Jones Lawyering Program Award for Superior Oral Advocacy. She also gained a behind-the-scenes perspective on the judicial process while interning for the Honorable Kyndra J. Stockdale of Missouri's 16th Judicial Circuit.

Her interest in writing and communication extends beyond the law. Allison earned undergraduate degrees in Leadership Studies and English from the University of Richmond and is also a published writer.

We’re particularly excited about the perspective and talents Allison brings to our growing practice. We can't wait to see what she'll accomplish, and we're glad she'll be doing it as part of the Bubeck Law team.

Welcome aboard, Allison!
