Liam Heusel
Associate Attorney
Liam Heusel helps clients navigate the complex intersection of law, technology, and consumer protection, with a focus on telemarketing, data privacy, and artificial intelligence. He approaches each matter with precision and a practical understanding of how emerging technologies shape compliance and risk.
A cum laude graduate of the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law, Liam earned a CALI Award in Business Torts & Unfair Competition and served on the UMKC Law Review. His work with the Legal Technology Laboratory, where he researched legal applications of artificial intelligence and contributed to a federal grant proposal, reflects his forward-thinking approach to innovation in the legal field.
Liam holds a Bachelor of Arts from Washington University in St. Louis. At the firm, he assists clients across industries with compliance strategies, litigation support, and the development of policies addressing privacy, consent, and AI governance.
Outside the office, Liam enjoys creative writing, cooking, skiing, and exploring Kansas City’s outdoors.
